Danae (pronounced Donna) Richards is a top producing agent and Sales Vice-President in the Chappaqua office of William Raveis. Danae has been selling homes for over 20 years and for the past several years she has been recognized as a Chairman's Elite award winner for being in the top 10% in sales for the company. Danae's past professional experience in project management, customer relations, operations, and retail sales uniquely position her for success in todays fast-paced real estate environment. She is a skilled and analytic marketer who has an excellent understanding of the entire sales process for both buyers and sellers. Clients value Danae's patient approach to home buying. They know she understands that finding a home is a process that cannot not be rushed. Danae is deeply rooted in Chappaqua having lived there for over 19 years and is highly respected for her work in community service. She is a current member and past president of The Junior League of Northern Westchester. Additionally, Danae is very involved in the school district; she was a Roaring Brook Elementary School PTA chair, is a Chappaqua School district PTA Member, volunteered at Seven Bridges Middle School and continues to volunteer at Horace Greeley High School. She currently serves on the Board of Governors of The Whippoorwill Club. Known for her resourcefulness and care; Danae is her clients go-to for home-related needs such as painters, organizers, and home stagers. Raising her two children ages 16 and 20 in Chappaqua she considers herself a tried -and- true sports mom

Experience

Danae has an in-depth understanding of the entire marketing process from preparation of a marketing analysis through closing. Additionally, she had been intricately involved in the creation and maintenance of her previous Real Estate affliction's website. Coupled with a 15 year background in project management, operations, retail sales and customer relations, these skills uniquely places Danae in a position of strength in today's real estate market. Prior to Real Estate Danae was a Project Manager and Director of Operations with the Vitamin Shoppe and Federated Department Stores.
